- Assist customers in product development and progress control
- Interdepartmental Communication and Coordination with domestic and foreign customers/factories/manufacturers (suppliers)
- Confirm the quotation, coordinate and deal with the problem
- Contact the factory to control quality/production/inspection/shipment/customs declaration and other matters in details
- Preparation and filing of internal document forms
